Campus Resources – All In One Place  

The Sycamore One Stop (SOS) at Indiana State University is your go-to destination for clear, personalized support for academic advising, financial aid, career coaching, and registrar services – all conveniently located inside Normal Hall. There’s no need to travel across campus. You can find all these resources together in one place. 

Our approach is built on three core values: 

  • Accessibility: Find answers quickly and resolve issues without unnecessary complexity or visits to multiple offices.
  • Empowerment: Understand processes and make informed decisions about your academic journey.
  • Collaboration: We work across campus departments to provide you with accurate, timely, and student-focused solutions. 

Our goal is to remove barriers so you can focus on what matters most – achieving success at Indiana State.

Academic Advising

University Advisors at the Student Success and Advising Center will guide you through your academic path, assist with course planning, and connect you to campus resources. Find your advisor’s contact details in the MyISU Portal under Student Self-Service.

Accessibility and Advocacy

If you face challenges accessing education or housing because of a temporary or chronic disability, you can find resources and support from the Accessibility and Advocacy Resource Office (AARO).

Registrar’s Office

Find services for course registration, transcripts, grades, enrollment verification, graduation, and immunization records. Support is also available for veteran and military-connected students.

The University Testing Center provides reliable testing and assessment services, including the Math Placement Test, the Non-Native Language Placement Test, and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) testing. These services help support your academic progress.
