An annual Halloween-themed art exhibition taking place in the Bare-Montgomery Gallery in Fairbanks Hall.

Submission Details
Please include the following in your submission email:
- Attach images of your artwork or design, or attach your video submission.
- Title each image or video file with the name of the work.
- Include the following information in the email body:
- Preferred name
- Title of work
- Year completed
- Materials
- Dimensions (height × width × depth)
- Edition number, if applicable
Submission Guidelines
- Artwork must fall under one or more of the following themes: Halloween, autumn, fall, spooky, scary, haunted, candy, costumes, monsters, pumpkins, or harvest.
- You may submit one or two works in any size and any medium, including digital work.
- Artwork does not need to be framed, but framing is preferred. Unframed work may be at greater risk of minor damage from hanging hardware.
- Artwork cannot have been previously exhibited in the Haunting of the Bare-Montgomery Gallery.
- Artwork must be created by the person submitting it.

Annual Juried Student Exhibition - Fall 2026
All Indiana State University students are invited to submit their work to the Fall 2026 Annual Juried Student Exhibition for a chance to win prizes and awards in art and design. This year's juror is Meisha Williams, Director of Education & Community Engagement at the Swope Art Museum. All degree-seeking students are eligible to participate, including undergraduate and graduate students from any department or major. Submissions are welcome in all media and styles.

Submission Rules
- You must be a degree-seeking student currently enrolled at Indiana State University during the Fall 2026 semester.
- All applications must be submitted using an Indiana State University student email address.
- All artwork must have been created while enrolled at Indiana State University.
- You may submit up to three pieces.
- Diptychs and triptychs may be submitted as one piece.
- All media are accepted, including painting, drawing, photography, ceramics, mixed media, video, graphic design, digital art, and more.
- Artwork must not exceed 72 inches in any direction.
- Works on paper or delicate works must be framed behind glass or Plexiglas.
- Works exceeding 36 inches in any direction must be behind Plexiglas.
- Artwork must be ready to hang using wires, D-rings, French cleats, or another appropriate hanging method.
- Printed digital works must be mounted on foam core or framed.
- Video works must be formatted at 1920 × 1080 pixels and submitted as an MP4 file.
- Artwork should be assigned a value or sale price to be considered for purchase awards.
- Artwork intended for the BFA/BA Exhibition may be submitted. If purchased, it will be collected by the buyer after the BFA/BA Exhibition.
