Family Weekend is an Indiana State tradition! Experience campus life together with your Indiana State student. The weekend is a great opportunity to reconnect with your student, meet their friends, interact with faculty and staff, and show your Sycamore pride as a family!

Experience our Sycamore hospitality. Enjoy fun activities with your student. Explore what’s happening on campus. Meet your student’s friends. Attend open houses with faculty and academic departments. And cheer on our Sycamore football team! Family Weekend shows you why Indiana State is such a great home away from home for your student!

Family Weekend is open to all families and friends of Indiana State students. Students can register their families by clicking on the link that will be sent to their Sycamore email!"
Travel, Accommodations, and Meals
Guests are responsible for coordinating meals, accommodations, and travel. Book your hotel stay at either the Hilton Garden Inn (812-234-8900) or Candlewood Suites (812-234-3400), located in downtown Terre Haute within walking distance of campus. Receive a discount when you indicate that you are participating in Family Weekend.
