One of the best ways we identify outstanding Resident Assistant candidates is through recommendations from faculty and staff who know our students well.
As we recruit for the 2027-2028 Residential Life student staff team, we invite you to nominate students who have demonstrated qualities such as leadership, initiative, empathy, communication skills, community engagement, or a desire to help others succeed for the RA position. To nominate a student, please complete the nomination form.
After receiving a nomination, I will reach out directly to the student to inform them that they were nominated and encourage them to apply for the position. Many students need a little encouragement before considering a leadership opportunity like the RA role. Your nomination can help them recognize their potential and take that next step.
