The Office of Procurement is announcing that Rivers Business Solutions Powered by Office360 will be Indiana State University’s new preferred office supplies and services partner beginning in October of 2026.
The Rivers Business Solutions and “Office360” partnership, provides a unique opportunity for Indiana State University’s procurement of office supplies, office furniture, and cleaning & breakroom products with one of the largest family-owned office products suppliers in the U.S. alongside a service-disable veteran-owned business.
Based out of Indianapolis. The partnership leverages unmatched experience, buying power and low-cost distribution platform to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and delivery. As the transition to this partnership moves forward, the Office of Procurement will coordinate with our current supplier to ensure both platforms remain available during the implementation period. Additional information regarding user account setup and the official transition date to the new office supply platform will be communicated in the coming month.
Office360 has been selected as the University's preferred office supplies provider, and departments are expected to use this supplier as their primary source for office supply purchases. Doing so will help the University leverage negotiated pricing, streamline procurement processes, improve reporting and spend visibility, and strengthen our strategic supplier partnership. Under the new partnership, the University will be supported by a dedicated Account Executive, and different than our current vendor and experienced Indiana based customer service team, local delivery specialists and a team that is empowered to support ordering, direct user support, returns, issue resolution, and flexible department delivery requirements.
Their ordering platform provides a user-friendly purchasing experience with centralized oversight. The system will support our specific catalog needs, preferred item visibility, approval workflows, budget controls, shopping lists, order history, and low-cost alternatives. This new agreement comes with no minimum order for delivery, price comparison matching, next day delivery on most orders, and ability to directly build relationships on campus, the partnership will provide a one stop opportunity for Indiana State University’s office supply purchasing.
